Trusting God’s Timing When Life Feels Delayed

Hey friend,

Waiting seasons can feel like the hardest seasons to walk through. There have been times when I prayed and prayed, wondering why God was taking so long to answer. It is in those delays that doubt often tries to creep in. But I’ve learned that God’s timing is never off. What feels like a delay to me is often preparation in His hands. I hold on to the reminder in Philippians 4:6, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” (NIV). Even when I don’t see change right away, I can rest knowing He hears me and is at work. Looking back, I can see that the things I thought were late actually came right on time. God knew what I could handle, what needed to be in place, and how He wanted to grow me in the waiting. If you are in a season where everything feels delayed, hold on. God has not forgotten you. His timing is perfect, and when the moment comes, you will see why the wait was worth it.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 (NIV)

“The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.” Isaiah 60:22 (NIV)

With love and gratitude, always

Kevi
